Hosted by ACF Certified Executive Chef SJ, Friday nights are dedicated to the Club’s namesake. While Chef SJ masters 15+ international cuisines, his heart lies in the complex layering of spices.

The Extravaganza is a specialized private dining service where Chef SJ brings a full-scale Indian feast directly to your villa or venue.
